Fiji, Tonga: Below to well below normal rainfall observed for 4 of the past 5 months. Below normal rainfall is forecast for both island groups from September to November.

Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced in July and August with below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.

Niue, New Caledonia: Below to well below normal rainfall observed for 3 of the past 6 months. Normal or below normal rainfall is forecast for New Caledonia and below normal rainfall is expected in Niue from September to November.
