21 July 2019 - 10:00am to 9 February 2020 - 5:00pm

Dive deep into NIWA’s world of ocean science and discovery at Otago Museum’s Beautiful Science Gallery.

NIWA is partnering with Otago Museum to showcase a visual introduction to our ocean and Antarctic research, in association with Otago Museum’s “James Cameron: Challenging the Deep” immersive exhibition.

The Beautiful Science Gallery display runs from 21 July 2019 until 9 February 2020.

You can dive with NIWA scientists under the Antarctic ice in our Virtual Reality 360 video experience, examine wonders from the deep or simply walk through the audio-visual gallery and watch our world of marine science unfold.
