Fiji, Papua New Guinea: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 5 of the past 6 months. Below normal rainfall is forecast for Fiji for the next 3 months while no clear guidance was available for Papua New Guinea.

New Caledonia, Tonga: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 4 of the past 6 months with below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.

FSM, Southern Cook Islands: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 3 of the past 6 months with below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.
