• the US EPA is a great place for literature searches and is well worth a visit.  You will need some skill to find just what you are after as there are hundreds of reports online.

International Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Database

• This site began in 1996 under a cooperative agreement between the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
• Performance data are available for a wide range of data for BMPs from around the world (mostly from the US).
• Data can be uploaded or downloaded free of charge.
• Data is checked for quality and there are strict protocols for data quality.
