NIWA is sponsoring the New Zealand Coastal Society's Annual Conference.

The theme for 2011 is 'Life's a beach: enjoying coastal resources today and into the future'.

The conference is being held at Tahuna Beach Holiday Park in Nelson, with a field trip on Sunday 6th and sessions from Monday to Wednesday.
