Registration details
Workshop Dinner (venue TBA): NZ$100
Accommodation, includes room hire, breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea, and use of conference facility
The venue is Copthorne Hotel, Queenstown
We have negotiated an excellent room rate as part of the conference package offered by the hotel. Room rates for the four conference nights are as follows:
NZ$165.00 per night including conference package
NZ$125.00 per person for twin room share including conference package
(both are superior rooms)
For extended nights before and after the conference:
NZ$135.00 standard room (twin or single) + NZ$15 per person for breakfast
For delegates plus partners (during the conference)
NZ$165.00 plus discounted breakfast rate of NZ$22.00 = NZ$187.00
Bookings will to be handled by NIWA and will be held only until 1 March 2010, so please register early. If you are not staying at the Copthorne Hotel, or if you are booking independently, there will be an additional registration fee of NZ$200. Cancellation policy. Cancellations later than 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night’s accommodation.
All participants are invited to visit NIWA’s atmospheric research laboratory at Lauder Central Otago (http://www.niwa.co.nz/about-niwa/contact-us/regional-office/lauder).
There are frequent flights to Queenstown. But you need to book early to get good rates. We ask you to provide flight details if known in case we can help with co-ordinating transfers from the airport to Queenstown.
