Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea : Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 5 of the past 6 months. Below normal rainfall is forecast over the next 3 months for Vanuatu while no clear guidance was available for Papua New Guinea.

Fiji, Tonga, Southern Cook Islands: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 4 of the past 6 months with below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.

Federated States of Micronesia: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced from October-December with below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.

New Caledonia: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 4 of the past 6 months with normal or below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.
